My mother had surgery done on her back and we stayed in general ward for about 4-5 days. Before surgery, we were unaware of how things are usually done there, but the staffs were very kind and informative.
During our stay, we had good experience with the nurses and doctors. They were very considerate and caring.
Although the expenses were comparatively higher than other hospitals, it was very much worth it. No "Medicine" smells reeking through the hall, cleaning staffs always working, great services from nurses and doctors... if your budget allows it, I highly recommend it.
I want to thank the nurses and doctors for taking good care of my mum. She is feeling so great now

Came to this hospital for MRI scan and the price was economical compare to other hospitals and the service was very fast.
MRI scan was done in a short period of waiting time.
The nurses,doctors and staff are very helpful.

The reason why I'm giving a 1 star rating is due to the poor nursing services. Had been admitted in this hospital several Times, hoping each time the nursing would be better than the last, but, it still remains the same. 20% of my experience was good, the others 80%, not so much. We paid so much for the nursing care during admission yet still received nursing care same( if not worse) as to some of the Govt.Hospitals. Dont know about the Nurse-Patient ratio in this hospital, but the nurses still got time for chit chatting and mobile phones while on duty.

I stayed in the hospital for 5 days and 6 nights due to a broken bone. Before being admitted, I needed to undergo a test, but I was unsure where to go. I didn’t know whom to ask, so I approached the hospital staff. Although the testing area was located under the Old Building, I initially went to the nurses on duty in the New Building. Fortunately, the staff were very kind and helpful in guiding me.

During my stay, both the room and bathroom were kept very clean. While the hospital fees were somewhat expensive, it is a private hospital, and the quality of treatment was excellent making it worth the cost.

I would like to sincerely thank all the nurses on duty in the Old Building, Second Floor, the housekeeping staff, and Dr. Marina for their care and support throughout my stay.

During my father’s final days battling pancreatic cancer, he received exceptional care at this hospital. It is the top medical facility in the state, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The doctors (shoutout to Dr Robert and Dr Hminga) and nurses were incredibly compassionate, attentive, and supportive, providing not only excellent medical care but also comfort during a difficult time. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and kindness.
