Dr. Smita is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. She listens patiently, explains medical conditions in a very simple and understandable way, and ensures that you feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Her diagnosis is accurate, and the treatment she provides is highly effective.

What stands out the most is her kind and compassionate nature—she treats patients with respect and gives enough time to address all concerns without rushing. The clinic environment is also well-maintained and organized.

Opportunist i must say, I went to her in absence of Dr. Alka sen.

So, detailing my experience here. I went to agra from Delhi to get my delivery done at Dr. Alka sen but unfortunately ma'am went on leave and my edd was lying in between her scheduled visit. So, I was looking for other options as well, and meanwhile I encountered Dr. Smita nagar, I told her the whole case and she without even getting consent from me initiated the process of induced delivery, and it was at her clinic I feel i got infection from as she did tvs as well as usg when I was already dilated 2cm,, of which she already was aware of with my previous reports. that was so negligence and unprofessional attitude of her due to which I had to pay a lot later. Same night I had labour started and I went to the hospital where she performs delivery "KPIMS" worst ever... everything was extremely worst and money minded there with so, uncooperative staff.. I asked them not to allow male staff in the delivery room, but male were roaming there making a patient so uncomfortable.. all the process done, my baby was delivered, then when it came to the stitching part of episiotomy this doctor took 30 minutes around in that,, (as my first delivery was really perfect so, may be I was expecting her to be as perfect as Dr. Sen)..

Then I get shifted to my private room which this gynaecologist already choose, she calculated her fee as per that only as her staff gave me only 1 kind of fee detail based on private room only.. I wonder how did she know ki me private room lungi.. phir same day after 2 hours of delivery my newborn started having complications and was shifted to NICU of same hospital.. use infection aaya tha maa ke passage se... I called my trusted peadetrician Dr. Anil Sarin.. then after getting discharge from there I asked this gynaecologist for some discount atleast on which her reply cleared my whole doubts,,, "Mere sabhi patients pure 9 months mujhse jude rehte hein me end me aise cases leti nahi hu' or "aap log kaise bharosa kar lete hein kisi peadetrician par"... she reduced only Rs. 1200,, yet with her replies I got all my answers,, that why tvs was performed, why NST was done, how my child got infection... she is most unprofessional, I just went on normal visit as I was looking for options even I was not sure ki me is doctor ke saath aage badhungi ya nahi,, as I was exploring other doctors as well, but the mistake I did that I told her everything and she herself even after my denials initiated with the induced labour process, and phir baad me aise reply ki me end me patient leti nahi hu, 9 months jude rehte hein patients mere mujhse... are madam me toh bas visit par aayi thi and you did all the process in hurry jis se me kahin aur na ja paun and you can make money...

Image clear hai ab... I suffered a lot, and with 0 empathy from the one who is the cause behind it..

Bacche ko infection hua,, I had paid 5500 (each day) of private room for 7 days at KP and madam ne sirf 1200 kam kiye fee me, or with these replies...

It was my misfortune to meet her, I would say. Doctor sen agar hoti toh me kabhi nahi pahunchti ye doctor tak, I came out from KP with the bill of Rs. 1.3 lakh. And bacche ki condition bhi sudhri nahi thi..

Perfect example of beemari bhi hum denge or ilaaj bhi hum karenge, while inserting the medicine to induce labor she told me that I have cyst inside,, of which no gynaecologist or radiologist told me till yet.. and now I am afraid ki bhai aage chal kar ab cyst bhi na ho jaaye mujhe.. she didn't even told me ki bacche ke around ek cord hai,, and performed NST knowing this... delivery ke time cord aaya tha.. so, initially I was so satisfied with her despite of ignoring the hurry she did to take my case,, but baad me ye sab points par gaur kiya toh samajh aaya business is above all..

Highly Disappointed...

I m satisfied of Dr.Smita Nagar . Because my mother surgery of cyst in uterus and overy. She's nature very polite and friendly.best doctor in this city.
