I’ve been seeing Dr. Mulye for almost a year now, on the recommendation of a family member whom he helped tremendously. I was unsure and a bit wary at first, but over time Dr. Mulye has genuinely helped reduce my autoimmune reactions.

Through a naadi check, he put me on a personalised diet protocol based on what works and doesn’t work for my body type. One of my biggest learnings was that many “popular” anti-inflammatory foods don’t suit every body, and how important it is to truly listen to and understand your own body.

Cutting out several foods that I believed were healthy and sticking to a very limited diet for six weeks was challenging, but the results spoke for themselves. He then slowly reintroduced certain foods, and while I now have some flexibility, I largely stick to what suits me because I can clearly see how my body reacts otherwise.
