Our experience at the clinic was extremely disappointing. The doctor was quite rude and seemed to lack basic courtesy when speaking with both children and their parents. As parents, you expect a pediatrician to be patient, calm, and reassuring, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

We had to wait for several hours because of poor time management, and even after such a long wait, the consultation felt rushed. The doctor barely spent any time properly examining the child, which made the entire check-up feel careless and inattentive.

A pediatric visit should involve proper attention, understanding, and respectful communication with parents, especially when it concerns a child’s health. Sadly, none of these qualities were present during our visit.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise parents to consider other options and visit a doctor who is known for treating children with care and communicating respectfully with parents.

On top of that, the doctor’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. When you visit a pediatric doctor, you expect patience, understanding, and proper attention to the child’s health — none of which were present here.

Overall a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend parents to avoid this place and instead visit a better doctor like Nikhil Chaturvedi who actually understands how to treat children and communicate respectfully with parents.

I had a very good experience with sir ,he is very sharp and now how to correctly treat the patient, yes sometime he is in bit hurry and talk less unlike other doctors do BUT he is very good in diagnosis thus rated top paediatrician in agra

I wish there could be any negative marking in Google I would have marked that. I am basically from pune and was being at agra at my mother's place at July end and due to high grade fever I have admited my kid of 2 year to some hospital at Delhi gate only ;somebody has recommended me this doctor and has told me he iss really good so for second opinion i have visited to this doctor and took all my baby reports with me just cz my baby was sleeping that time I didn't take her with me cz she was hardly sleeping that time.
I met with the doc; he didn't even see the reports properly and said me we can't take this case as she is having severe infection and need to take her to delhi apollo on immediate basis. Without seeing any report properly he said like this to a mother; how a doctor who is equalent to a god on earth supposed to say like this to a mother. when I have asked him that i will admit her in pushpanjili then he got agree to see my child but neither i take my child to that doc again not admitted her in his hospital cz i dnt get any positive vibe from that doc. If i would have admitted her to the hospital I dnt know what he would do. Being a kids doctor you need to be kind to parents. I wasn't able to slep by hearing his words for days. Eventually I took her to pune and got fine with just 2 dose of antiviral medicine.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bhatia at Pushpanjali Hospital. My 2-year-old son was admitted under his care due to a high fever. Without proper initial investigation, he diagnosed swelling in the head and started high-dose antibiotics. Basic tests like an MRI were done only after two days. During this time, my child was kept only on IV fluids, with no food or even mother's milk allowed.

Concerned about the treatment approach, I decided to discharge my son at my own risk. After discharge, I consulted three different private doctors, and none of them found any swelling or the condition diagnosed by Dr. Bhatia.

It was clear that the treatment was more focused on financial gain rather than patient care. Additionally, the doctor displayed an arrogant attitude when asked questions. I would not recommend him based on my experience.
