I booked a video call consultation with her on Practo yesterday. First of all, no video call took place, her assistant told me it would be a voice call. Then after waiting for more than 15-20 minutes, I got a call from the doctor, she spoke to me just for 4 minutes, she did not even listen to my health issue, she just forced her medicine on me. I paid 800 Rs for this call and I did not even get basic idea of if my problem is severe or not, she did not explain anything why is my problem happening, what could be the root cause. The medicine for 15 days was of 3K, which is too much to pay. Then after this call, her assistant called me and said please pay the amount. What kind of healthcare assistance is this?????? My 800 rs are in drain! Worst doctor.
