Highly Not Recommended, an Absolute Scam!

I have been having bloating and other gut related issues, and then tried Dr Batra’s in June 2025, they asked to take some tests and upon giving the report they enrolled me for 1 year program and said by 1 year it shall get cured.
Every month I kept visiting for check-ups, they increased and decreased the medicine doses, however until now there is no result, with what issue I had reached out Dr Batra’s, is still the same. In every months checkup Doctor just used to check BP that’s it, for the 1 year he never even examined my stomach by himself.

1 year passed and now the doctor said to take another course of medicine for one more year as the result is still zero. However I totally lost trust, as I followed strict diet and it’s been 1 year I stopped eating outside, no sugar, no oil, still I did not get healed. Problem with my gut remains the same and sometimes severe than earlier it was.

I informed the receptionist I’m still having same issues, infact it has become even more now. But they did not care about it or did not respond well and were ignorant.

The management said they will call me in 1-2 days to discuss about this and try to change the doctor so that I can get diagnosed again and get myself cured from my problem, but until now I have not received any call from the management when I clearly informed to call me so that I can discuss about the treatment. It’s going to be a week now, still nobody followed up.

My health is even more worse now. Dr Batra’s, is good only for hair and skin related issues and not for any other major. Absolute waste of money and health being in risk

I was taking treatment for alopecia in dr Batra’s! I never thought my hair would ever grow back, I lose all hope and confidence to walk on street I was severely depressed. But then I consulted with DR surabhi, she’s the nicest, polite, caring and a very professional DR I’ve met so far and she’s also like a big sister to me. under her treatment and prescribed medicines my hair grew back within 6 month. There’s not even a single patch of baldness on my hair. Thank you dr surabhi and dr batra’s????

According to me, this has been one of the best experiences. I have visited many other dermatology clinics before, but compared to them Dr. Batra’s has provided much better treatment and care. I am very satisfied with the results.I would especially like to mention Dr. Surabhi who consulted me for my treatment. She explained everything clearly and guided me very well throughout the process.

I had a session with dr rajni regarding skin problem the session was really great and the doctor made sure that i didn’t have any hesitation about explaining my problem.
