Dr. Arvind tiwari is a very experienced ayurveda practitioner, I would highly recommend his kshar sutra treatment for complex and simple fistula.
I was detected with fistula in ano and sought his help through common acquaintance and my problem was healed in a span of 2 months. I researched a lot for various treatment methods and found that allopathic surgery has chances of problem recurring so I did my kshar sutra treatment from Dr. Tiwari and was quiet satisfied by his approach and his treatment was relatively painless contrary to what you read on internet about kshat sutra.
