I'm Sudesh Singhal. I had been suffering from slip disc for 6 months. It was painful and very difficult to move. I consulted with many doctors. Everyone suggested surgery. I was very disappointed. One of my good friends Mr Vijay Mehta Ji CA came to know about this. He advised me to consult Dr Uppal (an expert in Ayurvedic, Yog and Naturopathy). Mehta Ji went with me to Dr Uppal. He assured me that there was no need of surgery. I went for two sessions of 14 days each for Ayurvedic oil therapy. Now I've recovered around 90% of my problems. Dr advised me to do some very easy exercises and told that regular exercises will cure 100%. I'm doing the exercises suggested by doctor Uppal and getting better day by day. He's a knowledge person and very friendly behaviour. The therapist there is also very knowledgeable and expert in his therapy.

I had been suffering from a spinal nerve compression issue for nearly three years, which caused severe back pain along with pain in my hips, groins, pelvis, thighs, and the front of my ankle. Over the time, my condition kept worsening, making it extremely difficult to sit and work, and it began to disrupt my daily routine. There was a phase when I was almost bedridden. After exploring several treatment options without any positive results, I had nearly lost hope of recovery.

That’s when I met Dr. Upal. He introduced me to naturopathy and explained the "Kati Vasti" treatment for relieving nerve compression, assuring me of recovery. Initially, I was skeptical, as this approach was completely new to me. However, within just five days of starting the therapy, I experienced a significant change—I felt improved blood circulation in my affected lower back, which indicated that the nerve compression was easing.

The complete treatment lasted 15 days, and gradually, I recovered from the nerve compression. Today, I am back to my normal routine and living pain-free.
