Dr. Sameer Bansal is one of the best pulmonologists in Bangalore. He has been consulting my father since 2019, providing exceptional care and expertise throughout. We are truly grateful for his guidance, professionalism, and dedication.

I very much appreciated the cleanliness maintained in your hospital/clinic. But what hurt me was the collosal waste of time for patients. I was told while booking the appointment that only 3.30 to 4 pm slot was available and I should report 20 mins earlier. I was there by 3.10 pm and to my horror found that the patient who had 2pm appointment was still there waiting to meet the doctor. This is not what is expected,after paying a heavy consultation fee of Rs.1250.There should be some regard for other people's time also.
Next, there is no visual display board for calling out the patient. The nurse ,with a file in her hand goes round the longue, looking for the patient who's turn has come. Even in govt places like banks and post offices,they issue a token and the optical display ,along with the voice ,calls out our number. Being such a big, sophisticated hospital, why no such arrangement is there?
That day I had another appointment at 4.30pm, for which I could go only by 5.30pm, because of the delay in your hospital. So it is worse than a government hospital, regarding keeping the appointment.
All this feedback back I had given once immediately after visiting your hospital. I don't know why you are asking me again?

Dr Sameer is one of the best pulmonologists I have consulted to for my father. Post covid, my father had lung fibrosis ,copd along with existing diabetes , hypertension and congestive heart failure conditions. Overtime dad's kidneys became weak as well. With multiple medical conditions , dad had breathing trouble frequently and was in and out of hospital for a long time ,every time with a new root cause . Dr Sameer stayed with my dad throughout till his recovery every single time.Doctor's patience, understanding of the patient's condition, diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan has paid off every single time for my dad's successful recovery. He could identify the cause of ailments on time and treated my dad with utmost care and empathy. I am fortunate that I had Dr Sameer throughout my father's treatment and recovery journey. Thank you Sir. No words are enough to describe what you mean to me and my family. You are a Godsend us.

No doubt Dr. Sameer Bansal is the best pulmonologist. His efficient treatment helped my sister Shyamala Devi from near death position way back in July 2022. Ever since he is helping us to take care of her.Not only he is an efficient doctor, he is a very good person who understands the patient and the attendents to their requirements and render required help quickly. The clinic is a very patient friendly place. Face time with the patient and listening helps them feel better. Dr.Sameer is a really good listener, very patient and does what is best for the patient. The support staff ..nurse,admin everyone on site is courteous and go the extra mile.
