I had a good experience with the Ayurveda treatment at the centre. Bincy treated me and was very soft spoken, patient, and professional throughout the sessions. The doctor Dr.Amritha Ram, receptionist Reshma, Manager and entire staff were kind, courteous, and professional.

The appointment timings were very convenient, and I hardly had to wait. After 21 days of treatment, I do feel better and my knees have improved noticeably.

The treatments are slightly expensive, but the overall care and service were good. One area for improvement would be providing new towels or disposable towels for treatments for better comfort and hygiene.

I had a recurring pain on my neck which extended to my left arm and also made my left arm immobile. My goto Orthopedic doctor said it was a nerve impingement in my cervical bones and weakness in muscle in my left arm. I wanted to try ayurvedic treatment along with physio. Dr.Amrutha, the residing doctor at the ayushman centre, defined a course of ayurvedic therapies over the next 24days which included treating the inflammation on my left side hand and shoulder, gut cleansing and finally strengthening. Mr. Shibin who carried out the treatment advised by the doctor was very careful and mindful during my entire treatment course and did a wonderful job massaging my neck and shoulders, which helped in pain management particularly.
Maintaining a diet and physio helped my body in agreeing to the ayurvedic treatment course and I could see tremendous improvement in the mobility in my left hand. The pain in my neck subsided eventually over the course.
Overall, it was a positive experience for me and thank the ayushman team at Mahalakshmi layout for their support.
