This was my first time trying shirodara and Josna was an amazing therapist. She made the environment comfortable and despite a language barrier she tried her best to be accommodating. The reception staff was lovely too and personable. Thank you for making this a great experience.

I have been visiting this place for a year now for my treatment and also my mom's. The doctors here are pretty good and we got what we wanted. Dr. Adarsh suggested treatment for me (issues with nutrition absorption) and my mom (pain in knees). My mom is also doing great now - we still use the medicines (oil) provides by Dr. Adarsh. For me, I was able to gain about 6kilos easily in 4 months time with good food and exercises.
I also took several Abhyanga sessions with Therapist Harish and Ashwin. Both did a great job. Therapist Harish is a strong guy and can control the level of pressure we need. The sessions are relaxing and highly recommended.

Overall, people here are very nice, friendly, and professional. I would definitely suggest this place for ayurvedic treatments.

One thing to improve could be to provide a hole to place our head on the table and provide extra cushions for feet while laying on our tummy during massage.

I recently delivered a baby and visited Ayusham Ayurveda Hospital for a full body massage along with my husband, and we both had a wonderful experience. Josna did an absolutely amazing job—the massage was incredibly soothing and helped me feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
