What a place to be in for 2 weeks! I loved it & could not contain myself with joy. Ayurvedagram Whitefield was a one of a kind place where peace, serenity & calm prevailed. The kindness of the staff & the doctors made me feel that this should be my annual retreat. The various Ayurvedic massages were excellent & soothing. The regular yoga, pranayama & meditation made me want to attend regularly. If you have not come here before I would recommend you do so.

It's just a splendid Aryuvatick treatment willingness centre for any health care for any age too.
They take care of us very well and personal attention too as staff is very helpful in all means.
Food is simple and yummy

So sooo beautiful . Dr. Arun and I had a consultation which was detailed and he explained so well. The place is charming after wading through those offices on ITPL main road. One can’t imagine it’s at the edge of the city were there is no chaos. Must visit if you like to have a retreat without leaving the city. Their basic stay begins from 15k per day, one needs to plan accordingly

The place, people, therapists are all amazing. Had a 21 days stay but it was soooo gooood and peaceful. Had an amazing Panchakarma. Met the best, kind and nice doctor. Love the place. My experience at AyurvedaGram was life changing! I had been to India before and had studied Ayurveda for years already, but had never experienced the two in such a peaceful, natural, and supportive retreat environment. The fabulous staff—doctors, treatment specialists, yoga instructors, admin, restaurant staff, housekeeping, security guards, and groundskeepers—ALL worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs and ensure my comfort. I continue to notice benefits in my health even a year later. I can hardly wait to return to AyurvedaGram and bring others along!
