A Truly Transformative Experience – More Than Just a Treatment

Today I completed a 21-day Ayurvedic treatment program, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived until today , everything was thoughtfully designed to endorse healing, comfort, and peace of mind.

Physically, the results were incredible. I lost 8.5 kg naturally, without any stress or strain. All my joint pains completely disappeared, and I feel more energetic, lighter, and rejuvenated than I have in years.

When I arrived, I was also suffering from extremely high blood pressure and a very poor sleep cycle. Thanks to the expert care and prolific treatments, especially the head Dhaara. My BP has come down significantly, and I'm now sleeping peacefully and regularly. This improvement alone made a huge difference in my overall wellbeing.

The accommodation was excellent, clean, calm, and cozy, with an ambiance perfect for healing. The meals were a highlight, carefully customized for each individual based on their health condition. And it wasn’t just healthy but was surprisingly delicious and comforting, proving that Ayurveda can be both nourishing and enjoyable.

The entire staff was exceptional. Sanjana and Priyanka deserve special recognition for their attentiveness, warmth, and unwavering willingness to help. The doctors, Dr. Arya and Dr. Anna, were not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate, offering a truly personalised and thoughtful approach to healing. Their ability to listen with genuine care made it easy for me to open up, allowing them to guide me step-by-step throughout my journey. They took the time to explain the cause and effect behind every action, which is a quality that truly sets them apart from others in the field.

And then there’s Mr. Biju Kumar or as I fondly call him, 'Chetta'. More than an owner, he was a constant presence, like a brother, making sure I was comfortable and cared for. His sincerity and personal involvement made the whole experience even more special.

What truly stood out was the homely atmosphere. At no point I felt like I was in a hospital, it felt like I was among family, in a place where healing happens naturally, with care.
