Before consulting Dr. Amruta, my skin was in very bad condition with acne, acne spots, and dullness, and my face looked tired and older. After having Panchkarma treatment,felt the effects like detoxification and weight reduction.But what promised was 6-7 kgs reduction,that did not happen.And the meals planned only for those days cannot be further continued in later period...so it will not give you long term benefits of weight loss.
I don't find it a sustainable solution.
