I originally came for Shirodhara and took a consultation of the doctor as well. Doctor Vikas explained a lot of fundamentals including how eating mindfully and slowly could help in proper absorption of nutrients and overall improving the health. I believe his positive and his inclination to share the knowledge and positive attitude could heal one of many ailments.
