Dear Apollo Team,
I recently booked a health check-up package at your clinic under the Apollo name, expecting a professional and smooth experience. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
First, the hospital staff asked me to pay an additional ₹500 for an ECG test, even though I had already booked one of the best health packages and expected all listed tests to be included. There was no prior information about any additional charges.
Secondly, there was no breakfast arrangement provided by the hospital. Since some of the tests are conducted after breakfast, the staff asked me to go outside the hospital and arrange breakfast on my own. This was quite surprising for a reputed hospital like Apollo.
For comparison, I had previously booked the same type of health check-up package at Max Hospital, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. There, breakfast was included and all tests mentioned in the package were conducted without asking for any additional payment.
I request Apollo Hospital management to review this issue seriously and provide proper training to staff regarding customer handling and package transparency. Patients choose Apollo because of its reputation, and such experiences damage that trust.
I hope you will look into this matter and take necessary corrective action.

The hospital staff was very polite, helpful, and professional. Cleanliness was well maintained throughout the premises. The time management was excellent, and all procedures were completed without unnecessary delay. Very satisfied with the service.

I was just here yesterday, Oct 25, 2025, because my partner needed an urgent medical attention. It was such an amazing experience! Dr. Gulshan is not only incredibly skillful and helpful but also so pleasant and good-looking! ????????????☺️ The clinic is spotless, so clean it almost feels like a hotel, and the staff are all super attentive and very caring. Thank you Dr. Gulshan and to all the staff. I highly recommend this place if you need urgent medical attention in Agra. ????????
