My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ayurvedic Natural Health Center and truly appreciated the quality of the treatments, as well as the daily yoga classes and meditation sessions.

The welcome from Bruno and his team was exceptionally warm and generous. Bruno was very attentive and available throughout our stay, and he also gave us the opportunity to explore the surrounding region between treatments, which we really appreciated.

The center is located in a beautiful shaded garden, surrounded by lush nature and away from road noise, making it a very peaceful place to rest and recharge. The bungalows are simple, comfortable, and perfectly in harmony with the spirit of the place.

We keep very fond memories of our stay and are happy to highly recommend this center.

I spent 4week at ANHC Calangute, and what I appreciated most was how thoroughly the medical team monitored and adjusted my treatments. Every few days, they assessed my progress and changed the plan if needed. It was a personalised treatment plan.

As part of my healing, I underwent Virechan Panchakarma. The 5 days of ghee intake and this cleansing process, helped flush out deep-seated toxins. Massage with warm herbal rice bundles gently relieves tension and improves blood circulation, helps you relax, reduces muscle pain, and leaves the skin softer and nourished. A rejuvenating facial massage and mask helped smooth fine wrinkles and improved the complexion. By the end of it, I could genuinely feel my health improving and my body becoming lighter.

Along with this, the calm environment, kind staff, yoga, and wholesome food made the journey complete. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and genuinely healed.

Also the beach being 2km away the centre provided transfers to the beach that i enjoyed very much, the white sand ,the sea and the sun set

I was lucky where in my friend gifted me with a half day ayurvedic programme at Calangute goa. I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and the staff is both professional and warm. I feel significantly more balanced and energized. Their holistic approach to health is truly refreshing. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking authentic healing.

I recently visited Ayurvedic Natural Health Center (ANHC) in Calangute, Goa, and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. Although it’s located in a busy part of Calangute, the center itself feels surprisingly peaceful and well-separated from the outside noise.

The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which makes it easy to unwind. The treatments felt authentic and rooted in traditional Ayurveda, and everything was handled in a professional and thoughtful way. The therapists were experienced and attentive, and the treatment spaces were clean, organized, and comfortable.

One of the standout parts of the stay was the satvik food—simple, fresh, and clearly prepared with care, aligning well with the Ayurvedic approach. I also appreciated the herbal garden, which adds a nice touch and gives some insight into the plants used in the treatments.

Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a genuine Ayurvedic experience in Goa—somewhere calm, well-managed, and focused on holistic healing.

wonderful Ayurvedic centre in Goa with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The doctors are excellent, caring, and highly professional. The treatments are done with great attention and love and helped us a lot.
