I went through 21 days of treatment at Amos Ary Vaidyasala & Kerala Panchakarma Center. Right From the dr consultation and to the treatment process of panchkarama, shirodhara, Abhyangam, spine Basti and other, it has been a very good experience. I had back pain. When i went there. I was given ten days of treatment. Three dhanyamal dhara, two oil massage, five leaf extract. After three days of treatment, i started to see a positive change. Now the bady doesn't hurt like it used to. Good treatment and good hospital. Thanks all ????

I had a wonderful Abhyanga massage that was deeply relaxing and restorative. The warm herbal oils and rhythmic strokes helped release so much tension and left my body feeling light and calm. A truly nourishing Ayurvedic experience that I would highly recommend.
