Very clean and tidy place. Courteous staff. The masseuse knew her work well and didn't require much instructions which gave me the chance to relax properly. The pressure was perfect, it didn't feel rushed, and I felt so refreshed after it was over. The music was very soothing, and even the oil used didn't feel heavy on my skin. Definitely recommend it and will be visiting again for sure.

The Abhyanga massage is useless. The guy was pouring oil everywhere and was not doing massage at all. It would have been better if I would have applied oil to myself. Massage doesn’t mean just rubbing half litre oil everywhere. Waste of money and time. It was my first and last visit to this centre.

I visited Adyanat Ayurveda center kalyan nagar branch for a 7 days Virochanam(detox), & Shirodhara (oil pouring), and full body massage for 3 days. Dr. Varadha was incredibly thorough in their initial assessment.which significantly helped & cure my backpain, stress, stomach issues. I particularly appreciated the consultation for my daughter 4 years old, which helped with the cold, fever, and stomach problems she has been facing for past 2 years. After the consultation and taking medicine, she is now eating well, has no fever or cold issues, and has a good immune system. I am writing this genuine review after a month of seeing results.
I strongly recommend this place to anyone in search of authentic, professionalism, and the warmth of the therapists and doctors. The cleanliness of the treatment rooms, along with the overall tranquility of the facility, is commendable.

I visited Abyant Ayurveda centre before my long trip back home to the UK.
The place is clean, welcoming and the staff very nice.
I had an hour abyanga.
I felt so much better after a 14 hours sleeper bus, it was much needed.
The massage was excellent and strong, Kerala style.. the masseuse was from Kerala.
They ordered an uber for me to Bangalore airport.
It took 55 mns.
I will highly recommend this Ayurveda centre.
It is also situated in a nice arra of Bangalore
