Excellent experience coming here. The treatment and massages are so perfect . Specially shraddha borkars massage is really nice. Pratibha is so so knowledgeable,well natured and Kind. I’m really thankful towards her for being so Divine and kind . Waiting for whole transformation and healing ????????????????????????????

It’s been 2 months have joined yoga , I am loving the vibe of the place, everyone is so good especially Pratibha mam and yateesh sir ! So experienced ! Everyday we learn something new about our body ! Detox massages are also gr8 !! Those who wanna love themselves and who already do ! Pls visit and register yourself ???? and thank me later.

I joined Adi Kailash Yoga on 19 January 2026, and my experience so far has been really enriching. The classes include different types of yoga along with meditation and Shat Kriya, which has helped me feel more balanced both physically and mentally. The guidance is clear and the environment is calm and supportive. A great place for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice and inner well-being.

This practice has been a beautiful part of my routine. Each session leaves me feeling lighter and more connected to myself. I am excited to do more different activities, meditation and yoga. I tried Jal neti/ shat kriya for the very first time, it was really interesting. Pratibha mam creates a welcoming space that makes the sessions very positive.
