Extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. It honestly feels like the focus here is only on milking money from patients rather than providing genuine care and support. There is absolutely no empathy, compassion, or professionalism in the way patients are treated.

Dr. Anamika Singh has serious attitude issues and behaves in a very rude and dismissive manner. Patients come to a clinic expecting understanding and respectful communication, especially during stressful times, but the experience here was completely opposite.

The condition of the public washrooms is also pathetic. Despite earning so much from patients, the clinic cannot even maintain basic hygiene standards or hire proper cleaning staff. The bathrooms are dirty, poorly maintained, and comparable to badly managed government institutions. To make matters worse, even the bathroom doors do not lock properly from inside, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable in a healthcare facility.

Overall, a very poor experience. Basic cleanliness, patient empathy, and respectful behavior should be the minimum standard for any clinic.
