I recently experienced an Ayurvedic massage at Aarivayu - Ayurveda Care & Cure and it was truly rejuvenating. The massage focused not only on physical relaxation but also on balancing the body’s energies (doshas).

The therapist used warm herbal oils. Unlike standard massages, this one emphasized holistic healing — I could feel the tension releasing from both my muscles and mind.

What stood out was the attention to detail: the warm oil, and gentle pressure created a therapeutic experience. I noticed improved sleep, reduced stress, and a sense of overall well-being for days afterward.

All the team of Aarivayu center of grant road is well experienced, well trained and professional. Therapist is punctual, knowledgeable and polite. My overall experience of 8 days basti treatment has been good, well timed and supervised. Most importantly the facility is clean and hygienic.

I had gone for personal doctor consultation. The doctor explained their diagnosis and aryuvedic treatment plans in a clear and understandable manner. I also had foot massage which was indeed relaxing.
To my notice, I saw shelves adorned with an array of natural remedies products placed systematically which to me felt very organised & easier.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would highly recommend to visit your nearest aarivayu branch.
