Best experience the staff was very caring and helpful

I used Herbal Tea and Kabz Gull and got amazing results now am feeling lost my weight and proper digestion and smother cleared my stomach every morning. Thanks yogi ji.

As a first and last time customer, I just like to share my experience. I wish I could give 1/2 star or no star. Overall worst service. Lack of ethical practice, professionalism and no respect of time. My appointment was booked for 1:30pm with Dr.Yogi, I had to wait until 2:20pm to see a doctor. To my surprise the doctor got changed in last minute in the room, without letting the patient know or informing anyone about the change. Dr. Yogi walked away on his booked appointment and leaving a patient stranded.The staff was making emergency excuses for mistakes rather than owning the acts of unprofessionalism. As a very busy businessperson I missed my important client meeting because of Dr.
Yogi’s no respect for people’s time and unorganized organization.
There is quite a lot of discrepancies in terms of fees, a part of staff says 500 on phone, then on visit they ask 900 and after treatment they ask 1500 for consultation. Sunday consultation rates sometimes comes to 500, suddenly changes to 1500, then they say it was a mistake and the customer had to pay for clinic’s mistakes and misguidedness. No proper GST invoice at the checkout. Very shady.
Dr.Yogi’s father was a great human being before a doctor unfortunately I am sorry to say that Dr. Yogi couldn’t set a good legacy example as a brand, service and values for time.

Sheer money minded people.
It was a pleasant impression talking to them for the 1st time over phone, but here the reception lady decides the treatment without any doctor consultation for a chronic back pain.
I refused treatment without doctor’s consultancy. They say doctor is super busy & I can’t meet.
I had climbed there 2 snd floor location with chronic pain, but with such a disappointing behaviour I had to return back.
Then later doctor called me to say free consultation is not available, without even knowing that I never asked for a free consultation.
He was asking me to come back, without any confirmation whether doctor will see me or not.
I experienced totally unprofessional people, which is exactly 180 degree opposite from whatever they have written on their bio.
Beware..

Dr Yogi is a very gentle and humble person. His ayurvedic therapies is very effective for my obesity. In ten days I loss 2.5 kg weight thanks to Dr Yogi
