I took 14 days postnatal care treatment from neerozhukkil vaidhyasala vazhuthakkad. I had great experience from there. I feel physically and mentally better after this treament. All the staffs, therapists and doctors are well experienced and very comfortable to mingle especially Dr silpa Dr suja and therapists aswathy archana riya and akhila. Thankyou everyone for making my postpartum journey more comfortable.

My 14-day postpartum treatment at Neerozhukkil Vaidyasala was a very good experience. I joined the treatment due to back pain after my C-section, and I felt much better after completing the treatment. Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Suja guided me with great care and support throughout. Therapist Akhila was very dedicated, professional, and caring. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent care and treatment.

I opted for the 7-day post-pregnancy home service package from Neerozhukil (Trivandrum branch). Unfortunately, what was meant to be a period of recovery and relaxation turned into a highly stressful experience due to poor management and sub-par facilities.
1. Professionalism & Payment Issues
The management’s approach felt entirely money-oriented. They insisted on full payment before the treatment was even completed. Immediately after payment was settled, I was informed that the therapist was unwell and the session would be postponed. While medical issues are understandable, there was no attempt by the clinic to provide a replacement therapist to maintain the continuity of my care.
2. Logistics & Broken Promises
Although I paid for a home service package (including transportation costs), I ended up traveling to the clinic for 4 out of the 7 days just to ensure the treatment didn't stall. Despite this, I was never offered a refund for the transportation fees I had already paid. Furthermore, the baby bath service was skipped for two days; since the therapist was unwell, we could not risk a newborn's health, and the clinic failed to provide a healthy alternative.
3. Sub-par Hygiene & Facilities
The clinic facilities are poorly maintained and do not justify the premium price point. During my visits, I observed:
* Used tissues on the floor and cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling.
* Dead cockroaches near the baby bath area.
* A dead rat in the driveway.
This environment is entirely unsuitable for a postpartum mother and a newborn.
4. Quality of Treatment
For the final two days, a senior therapist substituted for my original therapist. The difference was night and day. It was only then I realized my initial therapist had not been performing the procedures correctly. While I didn't have "pain" to report to the doctor earlier, I also felt no physical improvement until the senior staff took over.
5. Poor Customer Service
The lack of basic hospitality was disappointing. On one occasion, I forgot my soap for the post-treatment bath. Despite the high package cost, the clinic outrightly refused to provide a small amount of shower gel, forcing me to pay extra for a new bar of soap.

I would not recommend this service. Between the hygiene concerns and the lack of professional accountability, it was not worth the stress or the money.

I had an excellent experience with the post-care treatment at Neeruozukkal Vaidhyashala. The care, attention, and traditional Ayurvedic approach were truly outstanding. The doctors and staffs especially Abija are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional, making the entire recovery journey smooth and comfortable.
The treatments were well-planned, hygienic, and effective, and I could feel a noticeable improvement in my health and energy levels. The calm atmosphere and personalized care make this place truly special.

The massages provided and products used were of premium quality and worth the purchase. Would recommend this to all the new moms out there for self care.
