I am a regular visitor to Ayur Rhythm at JP Nagar 8th Phase, since Mar 2024. I opted Abhyangam package after the initial course of Panchalarma and Shirodhara. The staff has good knowledge, training and skilled hands. It’s really a stress releasing and rejuvenating experience. Thanks to Dr. Pepsy Jose.

One of the best ayurvedic treatment places in South Bengaluru. Earlier we had always been visiting hennur but with time, fighting with traffic for any 10/15 days treatment is kindof more stressful. Thanks to Venkat for suggesting Dr. Pepsy.
Post ACL surgery my daughter had a traumatic time (almost 7 months) with the gut health. With all the pain killers and other medicines the deteriorated gut lead to fissures. To get back to normalcy seemed challenging. A14 days gut reset worked wonderfully and the child can again eat everything as normal human being. Imagine deprived and scared of eating anything and everything at such an young age!
