I don't usually write a review, but this is something which I want to tell everyone, I went there without any expectations because of my past experinces with other doctors; but I must say they have proved what they promised me on call, I was suffering from severe backpain from last 5 years and no medicine and therapy was working, I just got their number from one of my relative on one fine day and I called them , where they described the process. I though to give it a try and it worked, not by chance but because of their understanding and knowledge about the problem I was facing. I must appreciate their efforts and support during the treatment. I would give them 5 start and would like to recommend them to you also. Must give them a chance, maybe this is the solution you are looking for.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour and lack of coordination amongst the staff and doctor. I was given appointment to a clinic that didn't exist. Upon reaching the address I found an under-construction apartment covered with dust and construction material all over the place. The labourers informed that the clinic will be operational in a few days. When I called doctor, the staff again shamelessly informed that doctor would reach in a few minutes at the clinic. When I told them that there is no clinic there yet, I was casually told to come to the hospital then located at a distance of 20 kms from the clinic as the clinic wasn't operational.

One of the worst experiences in my life. They think it’s normal to have noise during Shirodhara, doors slamming all day at the hospital, therapists using cellphone during therapy, including shirodhara, they forgot to give me my medicine on second and third week and tried to blame me, saying that I was the one that was supposed to ask for the medicine (what???), Doctor Pradeep promised me that I was not going to feel pain after the treatment but here I am, one month later, still with pain. Waste of time and money. Just don’t trust them.

I am having knee pain due to compression of nerve in my spine . I consulted this hospital and I was given full assurance to get fully recovered. I have taken 21 days treatment in their hospital with all sincerity and strictly followed their guidelines. Also took medicines for 2-3 months as per their advise but it has not given any improvement. Further they do not explain the logic of therapy and do not take even feedback from the patient after the therapy . I think I have wasted my money and time in their hospital .
