My interaction started with Pratiksha mam during my wife's pregnancy period. She supported us through out the parenting journey. After which I started consulting for my anxiety issue ove online meet. She actually understand the actual root cause for my anxiety and given the step by step resolution to overcome my anxiety. I came to her with multiple issues like anxiety, gastric, acidity and more. But with continuous consultation I am in a good shape now. Also when my anxiety is high, while talking with mam I feel very relaxed and also a belive that I m moving in good path.
