Skill wise they are fine. In terms of communication, they were misleading. Charged my mother a good price beyond 3K and communicated to include multiple services but seems it isn’t included as per their rate card. Whatever it is, they must clearly communicate so that customers can decide and book service accordingly. My mother didn’t get what she expected because of this miscommunication.

Shatayu in Banashankari offers very good Ayurvedic massage services. I received Abhyanga and Swedana from Mr Vishwanath, and he was very good and attentive.

The only reason for 4 stars is that I think they should improve the cleanliness and neatness of the space. Wipe down the water station, cleanup the storage cupboards, wash the nooks and corners of the toilets. Maybe add some nice and fresh aroma in the reception area, and generally make the space more inviting and feel better to be in.

I consulted Dr. Krupa for issues with my knee. She was a good listener, good doctor a d have practical advice and treatment methods. This was followed by very good Jaanu Basti service therapist Josiya. She was attentive to my needs, provided very relaxing massages and was always polite and positive. ????
