⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing & Money-Oriented

My experience with Ratan Life Ayurveda has been deeply disappointing and disheartening, especially for a place that claims to uphold the purity and integrity of Ayurvedic healing.

I approached them with hope, seeking support for my father who is battling dementia and Parkinson's — two very serious conditions. I was in touch with Vikram, who initially quoted ₹1200 per session for package of 5 sessions. I was willing to pay even the standard rate of ₹1500, as my only concern was proper care and treatment.

However, what followed was shocking. I was told that unless I paid ₹3000 upfront, no treatment would be initiated. There was no transparency, no proper consultation, just a push for upfront payment. It became very clear that their primary concern was not patient care, but extracting money first — which is appalling for any medical practice, let alone one rooted in Ayurveda, a science built on service and ethics.

This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire Ayurvedic community and undermines the trust that people like me place in alternative healing systems. For anyone considering Ratan Life: please be cautious. In my view, they are more interested in profit than people.
