The owner of Ranchi Patanjali is a very rude person. People go there in the name of Patanjali. If there is any problem, then without understanding, they start talking nonsense. Patanjali family is requested to do some prayer for such owner that God may give him good wisdom.

View on GoogleI went to buy patanjali items. The store person were very gentle.
Terrible experience there. The doctor there is way too arrogant. Worst place to go for consultation.
Terrible experience. I had visited the center at Station Road, Ranchi for a consultation as my mother was experiencing pain in her food pipe. Dr. R. S. Dwivedy prescribed her a medicine called "Kayakalp". The guy at the medicine store at the Patanjali center mentioned to us that Kayakalp is actually used for skin issues. Not to question the knowledge of the doctor or anything, but I just wanted to make sure that there was no confusion. When I went and politely explained to the doctor that the medicine guy told us this was for skin issues, he shouted back very rudely saying "Arey jo dawa diya gaya hai wo chup chap khao" - "Just shut your mouth and eat whatever has been prescribed". He could just have explained to me that there is no confusion. What is the point in being so super rude and treating the patients this way. Absolutely no professionalism at all. If ensuring basic politeness requires us to pay the consultancy fee, then kindly go ahead and charge us. I have attached the picture of the Kayakalp uses from the Patanjali website itself. Again, I had just politely told him that I was told this was for skin issues and not questioned his medical knowledge. Politeness is always free. Very disheartened from someone representing the Patanjali brand name this way.
It's good
But employees are not as well, they don't know how to treat customer, they behave rudely. Specifically in cash counter .
