I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a traditional Ayurvedic Abhyanga and Shirodhara massage at Navayushya, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience from start to finish. The center exudes a peaceful, calming ambiance, setting the perfect tone for the Ayurvedic treatments that followed.

The Abhyanga massage was nothing short of extraordinary. The therapists were highly experienced, using warm, herb-infused oils to deeply relax the body and stimulate circulation. The rhythmic movements of the massage not only alleviated tension in my muscles but also helped balance my energies, leaving me with a sense of profound relaxation and well-being. The technique felt incredibly personalized, with the therapist intuitively focusing on areas of tension and releasing built-up stress.

Following the Abhyanga, I experienced Shirodhara—a deeply soothing therapy where warm oil is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead. This treatment was incredibly calming for both mind and body, promoting mental clarity and a peaceful state of mind. The gentle pressure of the oil, combined with the tranquil atmosphere, felt like a deeply meditative experience.

What stood out most during my visit was the staff. They were not only professional and highly skilled, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. This was my first experience of an Ayurvedic massage but not my first massage. I can honestly say that the massage was invigorating and relaxing. The two young men massage therapists who treated me at this Centre were very professional, skilled & respectful.
The pressure used during the session was perfect for me. I particularly liked the hot oil full body treatment after the invigorating session. A steam bath & shower was a good way to end such a great experience. A Big Thank you to my massage therapists.

This type of treatment and technique is very new to me but my experience has been fantastic. Jibin ( masseur) was fantastic and adjusted the pressure according to my needs. I really enjoyed the therapy, steam and it was good that they had shower facilities too.

Love the authentic experience of this unique massage. The staffs are super friendly and accommodate my ever changing schedule.

The room is basic but with all you need. You will he placed on a special wood table and wear a special G string. If you are not comfortable being semi nude, this is not your place. The massage was professionally done by two therapist, they don’t cross gender so you will get same gender therapists.

After the whole two hours your skin feels rejuvenated. The rub down really helped getting blood flow. And the oil drip is really relaxing.

I have visited here recently for sinus issue with recommendation. I have got Nasyam treatment for 7days. It's been 10days I got treatment and my health is good now. Will see how the result will be
