I am truly humbled and also feel a little at unease at the risk of taking this opportunity for granted. Dr Nakra is a man who is endowed with not only a remarkable set of skills all with the hallmark of a genuine professional but also has kindness and compassion (inseperably) interwoven making his personality a truly unique formulation.

I was in search for an Ayurvedic doctor who could attend to my father's condition. He is 87 years with a history of cardiac condition like low LVEF, pulmonary issues and had recently suffered a fractured hip which had involved hip surgery. I have observed that Dr Nakra and his team minutely review all data from our reports to help us better understand whether and how the condition can be cured, or effectively managed so that the progression of the condition is slowed.

This was followed by another detailed mail offering rationale by way of herbs to stabilize, nourish, improve or support various aspects of cardio, pulmonary, digestive health. Each and every Herb (12 in all) like vasaka, pippali, kantakari, etc and how it's essential in improving above conditions is explained in such close correlation, humane and compassionate manner that far exceeds the capacity of any AI to do the same with that exactness.

Next email that followed was very detailed and customized dietary plan like soups, foods to avoid, best time to consume, expected benefits, etc. In my view after having consulted dietitians is that this report itself is worth additional Rs 3 - 4k.

To top all this, Doctor finally said that all these medications can be purchased outside and that there is absolutely no obligation to buy it from them. Now how many other Ayurvedic practitioners will ever utter a statement like this with such confidence ?.
