The staff are very professional and accommodating though understandably the range is outside most people's but the products are authentic and the place is very hygienic. The treatments are very effective and spot on.

Even after reading many bad reviews about your place, I still visited. The first time, I got Abhyangam done by Sita and it was good. When I came the second time, you made someone else do it, and I didn’t like it. I even told you about it. But the next time again, you sent the same girl.
When I came for the fourth time, you sent both of them together, and both just rushed through the Abhyangam as if they only wanted to finish the work quickly. Because of that, I could neither relax nor feel any benefit from the session. But you still charged the full amount.
I will never refer anyone to Surya Healthcare function with Kairali ayurvedic center , nor will I ever come again.
There are many much better options than you available in Patna!!!

Worst service never visit only visit if you like to get ripped off massage starts and 2800 and goes upto 5000 instead of getting relaxation you will get more distress i requested no oil massage still they give oil massage only and their oil smells so bad you will puke staff rude and unprofessional dont greet or even ask you how your massage was completely unprofessional and transactional all they want is money

They forget that they are dealing in hospitality. Highly highly UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER Queresha. The bathing area is unhygienic and the steam is almost never working.

Forget competence for a moment, the backend staff is totally uninterested - everybody just wants to go away and do something else somewhere else. The front-end staff is not very charming either, and I am understating my experience. Now their whole attitude is rather funny in hospitality sector but nobody seems to see it that way.

Overall there is an unmistakable air of unprofessionalism all over. They don't even keep your treatment records in their system to help you share the same at another center if you wish to proceed somewhere else. Besides, if there is any joy or pride in what they are doing, I couldn't detect it. Ditto for respect for their customers.

Many people complain about the price. At the end of the day you have to pay for the quality. A sustainable business is supposed to make money and I am okay with the price *as long as* there is a value attached to it. For the value I got for my 15k, I would not recommend this particular center unless you don't mind spending your money just for curiosity.
