Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with JeevAnAyurveda and Dr. Arun Mandal. I paid for the medicines, but even after more than 15 days, I have not received anything. After taking the payment, there is no proper response — calls are being ignored and no one is giving any update.

This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility towards customers. If you cannot provide the medicine on time, you should at least communicate and return the money. Taking payment and then disappearing is not the way a professional healthcare service should operate.

I strongly advise people to be careful and think twice before trusting a service that does not value its customers after receiving payment. I expect an immediate resolution for my pending order.

All videos seem fake. What videos they make , you can’t trust them that’s how we got into trap with them by watching their videos .
My wife had a medicine for 22 days as per them still there was no improvement at all , whereas they were claiming that our medicine will be effective to you in one month only. And after having their medicine the condition of my wife got more worse.

So please requesting you to don’t get trapped by them .
