Had a great experience here. The staff was friendly. Ranjana ma'am was excellent at her job and made the panchakarma process very easy. Shilpa ma'am was extremely friendly and communicative as well. The doctors, Dr Deepali and Dr Dimple were always there to answer queries and ask for updates on our health. They were very communicative and prompt.

They dont have time punctuality very bad service no proper customer service respond.
They gave me appointment of 9.45 to 10.45am of dr ankita and gave her number where she never respond but i dint got call till 11.45am i have given them 4-5 call to customer service fiest i talk with 1 male guy he said u will get call in 15 min i dint grt call again i called i spoke with prachi she said within 5 min u will get call. After that again i got called that how was ur appointment i said when the hell appointment is done i scolded her she gave me other dr number and said she will revert u in 10 min but she also dont respond.
I will suggest not to go with them they dpnt have proper on call management dr doesnt go as per commitment just the waste of money and time. This is all timepass. Now they are not refunding as well as no appointment.
