Gurukul Naturopathy Centre

I spent 7days at the Gurukul, it was a life changing experience, staff is very cooperative and the environment is very pleasant and clean , the therapies are very effective and relaxing

Nice and beautiful place surrounded with lots of greenery and cleanliness. Dr. Dev Anand, all therapy staff and other team members, including caretakers of residential areas, are very nice, cooperative, supportive, and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean and are both air-conditioned as well as air-cooled apart from TV sets and refrigerators. Therapeutic treatments are available at minimal rates. Foods and fresh juices are also available and can be taken against tokens. No overcharging of anything and overall stay and treatments are pocket friendly. I love to go there again and again

If you want to loose weight and you have 10 days in hand , I suggest you go to Gurukul naturopathic centre at Kurushetra(Haryana)where you will definitely loose 5/6 kilos of weight,provided you follow all routine sincerely like a soldier.

If you don’t have 10 days in hand and you must loose 2/3 kilos than also you must go for a week.

Apparently the Gurukul Kurushetra school and the Gurukul naturopathic centre are owned by same trust,Thus location of both properties are same,the premises is absolutely secluded and properly maintained. Very neat ,clean & well taken care of property.

Room rents are as per your budget general/ normal/ vips , vis a vis fan/cooler/air-condition.
They believe in no profit , no loss system.
So you find rates reasonable. The staffs are very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Talking about treatment, the treatment includes massage ,mud treatment, steam,water therapy ,enema ,jakuzi,mud bath etc. rate differs as per your room rent.

I had taken VIP room, which was 1000/ per day,and treatment costed me 700/ for day. Since I shared room ,my total cost per day was only 1200/ .
Imagine paying 1200/ per day for two times massage, enema,and any one treatment from steam/ jakuzi / mud bath/other water therapy etc,plus two time meals.

Every 3rd day your body weight will be measured, trust me you will only be too delighted to see the progress.

Icing on the cake for me was a yoga session,I wanted to attend for so long,also I wanted to learn from proper guru from Gurukul & believe me I was fortunate to learn yoga from Gurukul’s Acharya.

To sum it up I would say ,it was the yoga session followed by two times massage and proper healthy diet ,That made me easily loose weight by 05 kilo in 10 days.
What an Experience ????????

Overall the worst place for seniors. There is a big question on VIP accomodation? Very poor behaviour by whole team including management of doctor Devaanad. After all similar food for a mob of patients with different ailments and different ages in a congested dining room with zero hygiene+ harsh behaviour, this is a kind of inhuman atmosphere.

A very good place for fitness. A best place for every one.must come with family and friends
