The treatment may be effective, but the services are extremely disappointing. Patients are asked to call in advance to get a token number, and even after being given a specific time, they are made to wait much longer. On top of that, no one provides clear answers or proper assistance.

The entire process is very frustrating. There is no concern for whether a person is getting late or facing inconvenience. Payments are expected on time, but when it comes to service quality, there is nothing satisfactory.
I won't recommend anyone to visit here kahi or se karwa lo ilaj par yha se bilkul hu....

Recently, I visited Dr. Rakesh Gupta for ear consultation and treatment, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor did not provide proper information or clear explanation about my condition.

The staff behavior is very rude and unprofessional. They charge fees for every visit, even if you come the next day. Almost everything feels money-oriented.

It is clearly visible that patients who pay more are given priority, while those who are already waiting have to wait longer. This is highly unfair.

Another very bad practice is that they do not even look at your recent reports and force you to get tests done again from their own center, only to make more money.

Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Patients deserve respect, honesty, and proper care, which is missing here

This is the 1st doctor which I am reviewing as 1 star ever. Doctor is least interested in getting inputs from the patients and have no suggestions to patients for their health, he redirects them to his stafft which is rude and incompetent and talks non-sense. Try to get some educated and civil folks in your clinic.

Highly focused on making commissions from various labs by pushing for unnecessary tests. Please avoid going to this doctor to avoid making fool of yourself.

I went to him for treat ment of my blocked nose but disappointed very much, l went to him for his name and fame and experience but all three are useless,
Neither listens to patient, nor advises his patients what to do just writes medicines and his staff tells how and when to take medicines, sometimes the staff itself is confused ????, for one medicine they said to take after breakfast but the chemist who is in doctors clinic said to take empty stomach.

Lots of money wasted in blood testing and CT scan, and medicines in few months treatment but no difference in blockage
