I took Carbon Laser D-Tan Facial and Chemical Peel sessions for my uneven skin tone, pigmentation. After this, I noticed a really good improvement in my skin texture and in my pigmentation also. My skin looks more even and fresh now. I’m very happy with the results and overall experience.

I visited the clinic for the second time and was asked to pay the consultation fee again, as it’s only valid for one week (mentioned on the prescription). Since I’m already undergoing treatment, I don’t understand why I should pay again. I had informed the doctor during my first visit that I live out of station and can’t visit frequently, and requested to share test results online—but I was asked to come in person. However, the receptionist later said online consultation is available. This inconsistency and the way the receptionist handled the situation makes it feel like the focus is more on money than patient care. Bad experience.

I visited the clinic it is the worst clinic. Ever dr ishita is only focusing on money not on customer .
She is not explain clearly also the pharmacist is so rude. Never visit in this worst clinic please visit dr isha singh if you have any concern total waste of money from my side

You didn't cover all the ice pick scars properly. Only cover small scars which can heal with cream .
