We were recommended to come here - Ayurvedic doctors were on hand everyday and staff were absolutely first class and the facilities close at hand. We stayed in a flat nearby which was comfortable and very convenient as we had 2 or 3 treatments a day, and meals to complement our detox were provided. After 3 weeks my 83 year old husband and I are feeling anew, have lost some weight and going back home with a bounce in our step - relaxed and happily contented.
