Great hospitality, spot on diagnosis and Dr is very polite, gives you appropriate time to understand your issues and then gives medicine based on all the interaction. One of the best neurophysician in Agra. Good for treatment related to dipression, anxiety and other neuro related issues.

My mother was suffering from severe mental health problems like hallucinations, fear related to mobile phones, anxiety, and abnormal behavior. We consulted a neuro doctor, and after proper diagnosis, the doctor identified that she was suffering from schizophrenia. The treatment and guidance provided by the doctor helped her recover a lot, and her condition improved significantly compared to before.

However, after taking medicines continuously, she still feels less energetic than earlier. She is also facing some side effects like body pain, swelling in the body, and shortness of breath. Despite these issues, we are thankful that her major mental health condition was correctly diagnosed and controlled. The doctor’s understanding and treatment played an important role in her recovery.

hum jab apni mental pareshani ko leke doctor ke paas jate hai to ye umeed rakhte hai ki doctor hamari baat ache se sunega and past history samajke hume medication dega lekin Dr bansal ko kisi ki koi baat sunni nahi h..she is very rude & unkind to patients in her behavior..clinic mai pauchke apko himmat se jada dar lagta hai ki doctor ke according kis tarah behave karna hai..she treats patients like poor animals..
Hospital ka staff is good and they understand your situation and try to make you comfortable but they can’t do much due to their restrictions. Jaise hi aap doctor ke Chamber mai pauchte hai to apki concern poochne ki bajae doctor apse keh deti h ki non stop bina ruke bolte jao..ap bolte hue ruke to apke upar shout kar deti hai ki bolte raho..i don’t have time..she doesn’t consider your point of view..she doesn’t consider you human..
In middle of conversation, she will ask you to go to second chamber to consult staff and you might think that there is further enquiring about health but you get to know that your consultation was over before with her without even us sharing our problem. And finally after ignoring her tantrums you find some courage to again talk to her, she will shout and say Go back and don’t come now.
Hospital ki situation infrastructure wise bahut kharab hai..peene ke paani ke liye glass nahi ya paani ni hai..washroom mai drainage nahi hai..

I would not recommend her based on my personal experience. But she although is serving good treatment to lot many patients, i hope you can handle her bad temperament & rude behaviour and get yourself cured.

Excellent experience with Dr. Bharti Bansal. She is very patient and listens carefully before starting treatment.

The worst clinic I ever seen in my life. Worst than a government clinic. No proper time table. Dr. And staff also misbehave with patients. I did not recommend this doctor. I suggest you can go another. I come at 12 and Dr. visit me after 5 pm. Very bad time management.
