Good treatment and staff is also very good
I visited Shimla Branch of your Hospital about a fortnight ago.
Very unhappy.
They are acting as an ordinary 'Sarkaari Dispensary'. No proper arrangements for patients to sit. Patients are not attended strictly in serial order and those who know someone there, are given priority. The waiting area is grossly insufficient for a large number of patients visiting the hospital.
The ONLY non-specialist physician catering to the the needs of above 100 patients everyday, can't do justice to the requirements of the patients, as well as to his duty, and more than listening patiently to the symptoms and problems of the patients, he uses the little time he has for each patent, in making hurried prescriptions.
I think the Hospital needs to look after these issues in the interest of the patients.
Doctors not available and the staff does not consider serious patient and they do not know how to control croud and this is purr buisness minded clinic
