I have been consulting Dr. Prashant Bafna for almost five years, and I am deeply grateful for the care and support I have received. Pathetic telephone service from the lady I spoke to while enquiring about the doctor on 12 June at around 2:10 PM. The doctor may be excellent, but the first impression created by the person attending the calls was extremely unprofessional and discourteous, more like a marketplace conversation than a healthcare facility. Kindly take note of this. Unfortunately, this experience is the reason for my review.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Prashant Bafna for almost a year now, and in a highly complicated case like mine, I haven’t felt as much confidence in any other doctor as I do in him. He is extremely articulate and explains everything in great detail. He is also very methodical and backs every medical decision with sound scientific reasoning and established medical protocols.
