We received excellent hospitality during my mother’s treatment. The staff & doctors were incredibly caring & attentive. The doctors diagnosed her condition very accurately & provided the right treatment. Everything here is well organized, & we’re very happy with the care provided. The processes are systematic & there’s a wonderful proactive approach toward patients. We were very delighted with the guidance offered by the Dr Akshay Kudpaje who diagnosed the disease indepth & advised My Mother with the right set of treatement. Dr Akshay always has the smile on his face & I have noticed that he greets every person at this Hospital every time. Dr Harish was a great asset here, I witnessed him taking care of the patients here though he moved to a different organization. Dr Syeda (Anesthesia Team) was a very supportive person, builds a good rapport with the patients. Nehabanu is a great nurse, excellent service offered. l was very happy with the great customer service offered by Pallavi Gowda during My Mother's Chemo sessions who took care of the admission and the discharge proocess really well.
