We are extremely grateful for the care and support provided by the hospital team. We came here because of their quick response and immediate treatment, and they exceeded our expectations. The doctors, nurses, and support staff acted promptly, ensuring my daughter received the right medical attention without any delay.

Excellent care and treatment. Dr. Mrudhula performed my fibroadenoma excision surgery successfully, and I am feeling much better now. I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Brindhavan Aerion Hospital.
I visited the hospital for my father’s podiatric surgery under the care of Dr. Amit Kumar Jain. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Amit Kumar Jain, Dr. Apoorva, and the entire medical staff for their exceptional treatment and compassionate care. Their support and attention made us feel as though we were being cared for by family. In my opinion, Dr. Amit Kumar Jain is one of the best specialists in Bangalore for diabetic foot surgeries.
However, I am compelled to rate this experience with only one star due to significant concerns regarding hospital management and administrative practices.
Despite being located in a central area of the city, the hospital does not offer cashless insurance facilities for several major providers, such as Medi Assist TPA and The New India Assurance. This is a critical drawback for patients requiring repeated treatments.
For comparison, Rangadore Memorial Hospital—located just 300 meters away—provided a seamless experience for angioplasty treatment, including a cashless insurance process that was completed in approximately 30 minutes under the care of Dr. Murali Krishna.
My father underwent around seven surgeries within a span of six months, during which I repeatedly requested the billing department and hospital management to facilitate cashless insurance support. Unfortunately, there was no positive response or clear indication that the issue would be addressed.
I also conveyed that if such limitations continued, we would prefer to seek treatment at another hospital if Dr. Amit Kumar Jain were available there. The response from the hospital team—“please go ahead”—was disappointing and not in line with the standards expected from an institution like Brindhavan Aerion Hospital.
I strongly urge the hospital’s management, especially the MD, to take this matter seriously and implement necessary improvements in their insurance processing capabilities to better support patients.

Service in the Hospital was extremely good. All Doctors, Nurses, Ward Boys are kind, courteous,service oriented and soft spoken. My stay in the Hospital was comfortable. Operation was conducted by the team headed by Dr.Manohar on time in an excellent manner without any hurdles or complications. After recovery, I was discharged from Hospital within a short period of two days. I thank all the staff of the Hospital.

I would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and all the staff for their great support and care. The hospital environment is very clean and organized. The team works with kindness and professionalism. A special thanks to Ms. Pooja who helped us in every steps.
