Bethel Medical Center

One of the worst hospital in kohima. Their ICU is like a general ward . Anyone can just walk in and out anytime. The management is also pretty poor. In our 1 week stay there, I have never seen any cleaning lady moping floors more than 1 time pretty unhygienic for a hospital. Seems like some of the nurses are pretty inexperience. One good thing is there are some good doctors there. But I suggest they should look for jobs in other hospital.

Three ladies at the reception were very unprofessional and rude ,just too mannerless
The way they spoke to me was very disrespectful,
They didn’t speak properly and treat me so badly,as if we didn’t know anything.it felt like it was their own hospital ????????????????????????????????????????

I want to acknowledge that the doctors here are good, but the ICU nurses (especially the ones in green scrubs) are extremely rude and unhelpful. They hesitate to assist even when asked, and keep insisting “only one attendant at a time,” which makes no sense when the patient is bedridden and they refuse to help. They speak to attendants rudely and in an unprofessional tone. At night, they make loud noises, laughing, chatting, eating snacks, and even playing together, which is the last thing you expect in an ICU. The hospital itself is very dirty. These nurses really need proper training on how to deal with people.

Bethel has good doctors but the receptionist is literally the worst,everyone who visits hospital are not in good condition but the way they greet people with arrogance is just too surprising,the lady at the receptionist are not qualified to be there,they don't know the basics of being a receptionist, all the reviews are about the receptionist it's high time the management committe change that arrogant lady,there are more better people who wants to do that job right. The nurses ,I had the worst experience there with the nurses, too rude and careless....really liked the doctors but never stepping there again!

One of the worst service and ways of interaction from the nurse, i have ever experienced. They are very rude..requires are alot of training to care of the sick people and to understand the emotions one goes through. There are few nurses who don't know the meaning of NURSE. No doubt about the ability of the Doctors. But the facilities and equipments are not upto to the standard as compared to the charges.
The nurses in the ICU especially, are the ones who should know how to talk. Forever disappointed at some of the nurses of the ICU ward. This is my experience and may not be the same for others. Treatments are different from person to person. Thankful to the DOCTORS but not to some of the NURSES.
