DO NOT GO HERE (unless you want to waste your time and money!)
The professionals are hardly trained at their job, they don't understand how to speak to people.
The post-massage amenities are so bad, I had to literally just wrap up the whole thing and leave. I do NOT recommend this to anyone who is looking for a meaningful experience.

I had recently undergone treatment and Abhyangam for two weeks at Ayusman Kasturinagar branch. I had a wonderful experience getting treatment from their well trained therapists Vibhija and Vismaya. Also my ailment of spinal stenosis and tiredness have gone away considerably and I feel more energized and pain free. The reception staff Dhanu and Steffy are sweet and friendly and very considerate with scheduling and making sure I am comfortable. The guy Mr. Girish is so nice and gentle with his polite smile and taking care of overall management of the facility. The center need immediate attention towards the maintenance and cleaning of bathrooms and repairing of all taps and lighting etc in the closet area .
I would recommend all to come and have a wonderful healing experience at this center and their charges are very reasonable too..

I opted for the baby bathing package, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Under the guidance of Dr. Sunitha Nair, everything was well explained and handled with great care, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Vibija did an amazing job with both the massage and bathing for my babies. She was extremely gentle, patient, and skilled in handling them, making the entire process very comfortable and reassuring for us. You can really see the care and experience in the way she manages the babies.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend it to any new parents looking for safe and professional baby care support.

Amazing experience. I have never taken a massage before and not a person who enjoys people touching. But because of some reason took a relaxation abhyanga and boy it was amazing. My therapist was Ms. Vismaya and was very experienced hands. She made sure everything was okay in the treatment. Loved it. Must visit atleast once.

I am writing this review after consultation and spending 18K. My problems were body pain. Creactive protein high, ASO factor super high, stomach sensitivity, thyroid, hairfall. High cholesterol. Synositise. . Migraine. High Sugar. Consulted with Dr Sunita and shared all the reports and problem and she assured that she will treat all the factor one by one. Took potli message and nasya. Stomach medicine. Got little relive in headache and Synositise. Stomach pain got relief. Body pain no change. When second time consulted after therapy of 18K she didn't showed any interest to Treat my problems and I do highlighted I have these issues still exist which I told initially as well. my thyroid, CRP, ASO factor is not treated. She didn't show any concern and medicine cure and kept quite and I felt like I was robbed with the inefficient treatment. This is not good medicine practice initially she said she will treat all but once you paid money and took therapy, target completed for month then they do not care about human life. I am still suffering from these issue. Will not suggest any of the Therapy here. Do not waist your money. Consult with Good Doctor.
