I wanted to share an update on my experience. Following Vaidya Pushpraj’s recommendation, I underwent two days of Panchakarma treatment. Eight weeks later, the results are still holding strong. I typically struggle with high Vata and a very anxious mind, but the combination of the massage and the prescribed medicine has been transformative—truly exceeding my expectations.
