Archana homeo’s action is like an electric switch in co ordinating with customer and in arranging payment and delivery too. Today that is on 05-10-2024 within 1-30 mts I had medicine delivered.

We had contacted them to get delivered a Homeopathy Medicine, and the service was very quick. They only charge extra for how much the delivery person will take and the rest is the medicine cost. I personally felt the service is very friendly!

I got to know about Archana Homeo House through Google. I just try yo connect them and within few seconds. They were very cooperative. And also got the delivery within less than 1 hour. Also the staff has cleared each and every confusion I had regarding the medicines. I'm very much impressed...

23.03.2021: Store open timing is listed as 10 am. Staff casually walk in to open the store at 10.24am. No formal or informal apologies to me and the other customer who have been waiting from 10 am. Not a good approach.

Update 23.03.2021: 11 am. Staff called back and apologised for the delay. I have requested them to value people's time. They have assured this will not be repeated. I will not be able to remove the review as it is true as per the account and as my time is valuable to me. But, I have known them for more than 5 years and am sure they will keep their word in future. There is no issue with their service other than this and they have been always good.

I am really happy with the services provided. I got the right medicines and on time. In this Corona period, the delivery of medicine is a very important requirement. And am happy to get it on time. Also, the medicines are of good quality in affordable prices.
