During peak appointment hours, doctors were not available and some machines were not in working condition. Patients were asked to return on another day to complete the tests. If alternate doctors or functional machines were not available, the appointments should have been cancelled in advance to avoid inconvenience.

Additionally, there was no proper seating facility, and the air conditioning was not working, which made the waiting experience uncomfortable.

Apollo Clinic Lab visit was smooth and well-managed. Special thanks to the receptionist Hema for guiding me clearly and making the whole registration and sample collection process hassle-free. The procedure was quick, organized, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and friendly service.
