Unprofessional in terms of handling customers !
“I had called to the mentioned number which was not revived . And then after few minutes I get a call back stating that slots are available and I can come and avail it .Even the prices and package were discussed over phone . And then once I reach the place for the scheduled slot - the same slot was given to someone who walked randomly . The management didn’t have the courtesy to apologise for the inconvenience. Only the next available slot was mentioned after reaching their doorstep. This totally nullifies the essence of appointment booking / calling and confirming a slot .

The massage is excellent but there is place of improvement in cleaniness and ambience
